1 What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan gives you full access to all Atlas CMS features: GraphQL and REST APIs, the visual model builder, media library, webhooks, and more. You get 500 content entries, 500MB storage, and up to 3 projects. It's ideal for personal sites, side projects, or trying out the platform before upgrading.
2 Can I switch or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You can cancel from your account settings. If you cancel within the first 14 days of a paid plan, you may be eligible for a refund depending on your region.
3 What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing is paid once per year and saves you up to 35% compared to paying monthly. Some plans also include extra benefits for annual subscribers (e.g. more storage or higher upload limits). You can choose monthly or annual when you subscribe.
4 How does pricing work for multiple projects?
Pricing is per project. Each project can be on a different plan—so you might have one project on Free, another on Professional, and a client project on Scale. This gives you flexibility to match the plan to the size and needs of each project.
5 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for all plans. For annual Enterprise agreements we can also arrange bank transfer. Invoicing is available for annual plans; contact us for details.
6 Is there a free trial for paid plans?
We don't run a time-limited trial; instead we offer a Free plan so you can use the product with real projects. When you're ready for more entries, storage, or support, you can upgrade. You can also request a demo to see the platform and discuss your use case with our team.
7 What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise is for organizations that need dedicated infrastructure, custom SLAs, SSO, advanced security, or dedicated support. It includes custom limits, optional on-premise or private cloud deployment, and a dedicated success manager. Contact us for a tailored quote.
8 What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you approach or exceed limits (e.g. content entries or storage), we'll notify you so you can upgrade or adjust usage. We don't shut off your project without warning. For predictable growth, we recommend upgrading before you hit the limit.
